Service Description

Complete the 300-hour Natural Hair Care Program. This is a North Carolina State Board approved Cosmetic Art School. At the end of this program each student should be able to pass the examination for license. Passing the written and practical examinations with a score of 75 or higher will allow you to receive your Natural Hair License from the NC Board of Cosmetic Art. Thank You, The Director
